Men are the leaders of the home. We believe that all men have a God-given responsibility to be the leader of his wife and children. If a man is single he is preparing to one day lead his wife and children. In reality, balancing family, work, rest, hobbies, etc. is not easy. Most men want to love their families well, maintain a good work ethic and still have time to rest, but find themselves failing. Every man needs bros who will sharpen and encourage him according to the scriptures so that he can love and lead his family well.
Often, the relationship between dudes is surface level and rarely digs deeper into the issues of being a man of God. All men need a "band of brothers" that is willing to stand with him through highs and lows.
